Andy van Pop (real name Andrei Popescu), was born in The Netherlands. Moved to Cyprus when he was 10. He composed his first song when he was 12. Andy is influenced by different cultures: Romanian, Dutch, and lately Cypriot and British. As a journalist he published articles in several publications and has interviewed many well-known artists.
